E3 is seeking an organized and proactive Event Coordinator to support the planning and delivery of exhibitions, activations, entertainment experiences and live events. The role coordinates schedules, suppliers, staffing, documentation and on-site requirements to help every project move smoothly from preparation through completion.You will work closely with project managers, production teams, vendors and venue representatives, maintain accurate trackers and timelines, support site operations and ensure actions are followed through under demanding event deadlines.
E3 is looking for a curious and detail-oriented Copywriter Intern to support content across social media, websites, campaigns, proposals and event communications. This internship offers practical experience translating ideas, project information and brand messages into clear, engaging copy for different audiences.You will work with the marketing and creative teams to research topics, draft and proofread content, adapt tone across channels and help maintain consistent English-language communication. Exposure to Arabic content, live events and entertainment brands will be an advantage.
E3 is seeking a versatile Designer & Content Creator to develop compelling visual and digital content across events, attractions, campaigns and corporate communications. The role combines graphic design, content production and brand storytelling, turning creative briefs into polished assets for social media, presentations, websites, proposals and on-site experiences.You will collaborate with marketing, production and project teams, maintain E3 brand consistency, adapt content for English and Arabic audiences, and support fast-moving live-event requirements from concept through final delivery.
