ACT 01 — THE OPERATIONAL CHALLENGE

The Challenge & Scope

The challenge was to transform the Asian Town Cricket Stadium parking area into an engaging football fan destination capable of bringing a diverse community together around live AFC match screenings. The site needed clear audience circulation, reliable large-format viewing, continuous entertainment and robust temporary infrastructure while managing safety, security, seating, food service and crowd movement throughout the tournament programme.

ACT 02 — THE E3 TURNKEY SOLUTION

Engineering Execution

E3 delivered an integrated fan-zone environment centred on live match broadcasting and audience engagement. The production incorporated two 7 × 4 m LED screens and one 14 × 8 m main screen, 650 crowd-control barriers, 36 CCTV cameras, 100 benches, 10 food kiosks, flags and coordinated wayfinding. The entertainment programme provided 60 hours of stage content and 160 hours of roaming performances, supported by technical production, security and site operations.

ACT 03 — MEASURABLE IMPACT & RESULTS

The Delivered Result

The AFC Football Fest welcomed 48,787 visitors and created an accessible community gathering where supporters could watch matches, enjoy programmed entertainment and share the tournament atmosphere. The combination of broadcast infrastructure, seating, food, security and extensive entertainment hours demonstrated E3’s ability to operate a high-capacity sports fan zone with consistent engagement across the event period.
