ACT 01 — THE OPERATIONAL CHALLENGE

The Challenge & Scope

The challenge was to create a family fitness event that felt genuinely different from a conventional fun run and could grow across multiple editions and locations. E3 needed to combine a record-scale inflatable course with accessible challenges for different ages, live entertainment, food, carnival activities, ticketing, staffing and safe crowd movement while preserving the event’s energetic identity at Education City and 900 Park.

ACT 02 — THE E3 TURNKEY SOLUTION

Engineering Execution

E3 developed InflataRUN around a 1,055-metre inflatable course recognised by Guinness World Records as the world’s longest inflatable. Each edition combined the signature InflataMonster with the high-speed InflataSprint, family challenge zones, stage and roaming entertainment, carnival games and food vendors. E3 managed concept development, site planning, attraction deployment, ticketing, guest flow, safety supervision and daily event operations.

ACT 03 — MEASURABLE IMPACT & RESULTS

The Delivered Result

InflataRUN grew into one of Qatar’s signature family entertainment events, progressing through four editions across Education City and 900 Park. The event attracted approximately 40,000 visitors per year while combining fitness, competition and family play within a recognisable record-holding format. Its repeat editions demonstrated sustained audience demand and E3’s ability to scale an owned event concept across different venues.
