ACT 01 — THE OPERATIONAL CHALLENGE
The Challenge & Scope
The challenge was to create a major indoor summer destination capable of delivering high-energy family entertainment at exceptional scale while protecting comfort, safety and visitor flow. E3 needed to transform QNCC Halls 3–8 into a cohesive 30,000 sqm experience, operate it from 18 June to 13 July 2024 and coordinate more than 30 attractions, food and beverage, carnival games, arcade entertainment, ticketing, staffing and technical operations under one event identity.
