ACT 01 — THE OPERATIONAL CHALLENGE

The Challenge & Scope

The challenge was to transform a prominent mall location into a permanent indoor family entertainment destination that could sustain repeat visits, serve different age groups and combine active play with birthdays, food, retail and prize-based entertainment. The new City Center Doha concept also needed to expand the inflatable experience while creating safer, age-appropriate environments for younger children and comfortable facilities for accompanying parents.

ACT 02 — THE E3 TURNKEY SOLUTION

Engineering Execution

E3 developed the expanded InflataPark as an approximately 1,300 sqm entertainment centre on the third floor of City Center Doha. The destination brings together the main InflataPark, a dedicated InflataKidz environment, Space Tribe with more than 500,000 balls, a Battle Arena for Bazooka Ball and Nerf challenges, Grab n Win claw machines, a party hall, a toy store and InflataCafe. The integrated model supports casual visits, celebrations, school groups and family leisure within one professionally managed venue.

ACT 03 — MEASURABLE IMPACT & RESULTS

The Delivered Result

InflataPark has become one of Qatar’s recognisable indoor family attractions, with more than 350,000 visitors recorded across its operating history. The expanded format strengthens the destination’s appeal by combining high-energy inflatable play with early-years zones, social challenges, celebrations, food and retail. Its permanent, year-round model gives families a climate-controlled activity destination and demonstrates E3’s ability to develop and operate scalable entertainment concepts inside major malls.
