ACT 01 — THE OPERATIONAL CHALLENGE

The Challenge & Scope

The challenge was to create a distinctive permanent indoor entertainment destination at Doha Mall that combined physical activity, interactive technology and social play within one cohesive experience. The venue needed to engage children, teenagers and adults while safely accommodating multiple zones with different age, supervision, technical and operational requirements.

ACT 02 — THE E3 TURNKEY SOLUTION

Engineering Execution

E3 developed and operates Urban Arena as a 2,600 sqm multi-zone entertainment destination where technology, movement and social play come together. The experience combines mixed-reality racing, interactive billiards, digital games, laser tag, paintless paintball, archery, Bazooka Ball, console gaming, interactive sports challenges, arcade attractions and a dedicated multi-level soft-play environment. Each zone offers a different style and intensity of play for families, friends, schools and corporate groups.

ACT 03 — MEASURABLE IMPACT & RESULTS

The Delivered Result

Urban Arena opened as a permanent technology-enabled family entertainment destination at Doha Mall and became E3’s fourth major entertainment centre launched within a 12-month period. Its flexible multi-zone format supports casual visits, family outings, birthday celebrations, school trips and corporate gatherings while offering engaging experiences across different age groups and energy levels.
