ACT 01 — THE OPERATIONAL CHALLENGE

The Challenge & Scope

The challenge was to create an indoor children’s attraction that delivered genuine road-safety learning without feeling like a classroom. The experience needed to combine realistic driving, role-play, traffic awareness, soft play and family comfort within City Center Doha’s central ground-floor atrium, while safely managing children aged 2–12 and maintaining an efficient guest journey with a capacity of up to 120 children per hour.

ACT 02 — THE E3 TURNKEY SOLUTION

Engineering Execution

E3 developed a miniature driving city where children begin with a briefing and photograph, receive a themed driving licence and navigate corners, stops, roundabouts, traffic lights, parking spaces and service stations in electric cars. The environment incorporates up to 20 road signs, six themed soft-play zones, a central watchtower and slides, driving simulators, a photobooth, arcade entertainment and a car-themed café. Ticketing, barcode validation and the licence journey connect every touchpoint.

ACT 03 — MEASURABLE IMPACT & RESULTS

The Delivered Result

Kids City Driving School established an edutainment destination where road awareness, coordination, confidence and imaginative play reinforce one another. The attraction can accommodate up to 120 children per hour and supports solo rides, adult-accompanied two-seater cars, birthdays and group visits. Its central mall position and structured customer journey create an accessible, repeatable family experience that turns essential safety lessons into memorable play.
