ACT 01 — THE OPERATIONAL CHALLENGE
The Challenge & Scope
The challenge was to transform QNCC Halls 8 and 9 into a large-scale indoor LEGO® experience capable of engaging children, families and enthusiasts throughout a 16-day programme. Covering approximately 10,000 sqm, the event required 26 distinct experience zones, continuous entertainment, cinema screenings, food-and-beverage operations and intuitive visitor movement. E3 also needed to coordinate extensive technical infrastructure, ticketing, staffing, safety and live operations while maintaining a consistently high-quality guest experience from 1:00 PM until 11:00 PM each day.
