Doha Balloon Parade 2022

Thirteen giant character balloons travelled along Doha Corniche in a landmark Eid procession.

A live marching band brought rhythm, movement and ceremony to the parade route.

Sixty-six roaming artists included Arda performers, stilt walkers, drummers, flag bearers, penguins, bears, LED horses and giant puppets.

Twelve stage shows featured concerts, family entertainment and a magic show.

Thirty-five food trucks and kiosks served a wide range of festival meals, snacks and drinks.

Sixteen engagement activities gave children and families interactive festival experiences beyond the parade.

A fireworks display lit the Corniche and closed the celebration with a city-scale visual finale.

More than 1,000 volunteers supported guest movement, event information and the large public programme.
