Abdulla Khalid Al Kubaisi is the Chairman of Events & Entertainment Enterprises (E3). He provides strategic direction and executive oversight across the company’s events, entertainment destinations and experiential projects. Working closely with E3’s executive leadership, he supports organizational governance, long-term growth, stakeholder engagement and the development of strategic partnerships. Abdulla has represented E3 in connection with major family-entertainment experiences in Qatar, including LEGO Shows Qatar. His leadership helps align the company’s commercial ambitions with its commitment to developing memorable, professionally delivered experiences for clients, partners and audiences.

Adil Ahmed is the Managing Director and CEO of Events & Entertainment Enterprises, bringing more than 25 years of leadership experience and over 15 years across events, entertainment, sports and public activations. He provides strategic direction across E3’s major events, permanent entertainment destinations and experiential projects, guiding teams from business development and stakeholder engagement through planning and delivery. His portfolio includes large-scale family events, sports experiences, festivals and entertainment concepts across Qatar. Adil combines organizational leadership, project governance and commercial strategy to develop sustainable experiences that create value for clients, partners and audiences.

Mohammad Ali Awada is the General Manager of Events & Entertainment Enterprises. He oversees day-to-day business operations, project coordination, venue performance and the management of E3’s active entertainment destinations. His responsibilities include commercial oversight, partner and stakeholder coordination, external collaborations and final management review across major projects and proposals. Drawing on his earlier business-growth responsibilities, Mohammad connects operational delivery with partnership development and commercial objectives, helping teams maintain quality, accountability and organizational alignment.

Ebrahim Karolia is a Project Manager with 26 years of experience in events and exhibitions. At E3, he leads large-scale events, activations and entertainment projects from planning through on-ground delivery. His work spans project planning, venue setup, ticketing, fabrication, supplier management and stakeholder coordination. Ebrahim combines operational leadership with creative input, helping teams shape new event concepts and translate presentations and early ideas into practical delivery plans. He is experienced in coordinating multiple suppliers and teams while maintaining quality under tight timelines.
