Results Make Them Real

The Challenge:The challenge was to transform a first-of-its-kind concept into a safe, coordinated and high-capacity public event within only 60 days of the contract award. The project required continuous coordination with Qatar Tourism and seven government agencies while managing an open 3 km route along Doha Corniche. E3 also needed to integrate giant character balloons, concerts, roaming entertainment, food vendors, fireworks, crowd movement, safety requirements and large operational teams into one seamless three-day visitor experience.

The Execution:E3 led the design, production, execution and complete operational management of the parade. An integrated delivery plan was developed with Qatar Tourism and the seven participating government agencies, covering route planning, stakeholder coordination, production, entertainment programming, vendor management, crowd movement and safety. E3 mobilised more than 2,500 staff and crew, coordinated over 45 food vendors and programmed three concerts with more than 200 roaming performers and three nights of fireworks.
